The wrong products were sent (clear instead of white), and several did not work. Upon inspection I found very poor workmanship. Supplier made excuses and claimed that I should trust them because they sell to some big companies, and that future orders would be better, but was unable to provide any reliable process improvement information. They also claimed I was sent another company's order, and blamed it on a rush near a holiday. They offered to replace a small number but I would have to pay shipping. When a supplier makes a mistake, they should fix it 100% at no cost to me.
